Mango oil is extracted from mango seeds by pressure:

Grading the seeds ( if you got many, take the largest only, otherwise take all )

Washing the seeds

Drying the seeds

Pestling the seeds in a mortar

Steam heating

Pressing ( in wine press or squeezer f.e. )

Decantation

Filtration ( paper filter/ coffee filter )

A cold pressed oil has better quality but poor yield.
