  1. Aerobic respiration

    1 Glycolysis

    2 Oxidative decarboxylation of pyruvate

    3 Krebs cycle/Citric Acid cycle

    More at question below.

  2. 4 Stages -

    1.Glycolysis - in cytoplasm- doesn't require oxygen.

2.Link Reaction - in which pyruvate (or pyruvic acid) is actively transported in to the mitochondria where the pyruvate molecule combines with coenzyme A to form the 2 carbon acetylcoenzyme A. Producing carbon dioxide and hydrogen. The acetylcoenzyme A then feeds into thr Krebs Cycle.

3.Krebs Cycle - in matrix of mitochondria.

4.Oxidative phosphorylation - on inner membrane of mitochondria >ATP

The sequence is: Glycolysis - Link reaction - Krebs - Oxidative phosphorylation.
