I was just wondering what kind of schooling you should get, what you should study, how to start out, and what its really like, you know, compared to the show.

  1. You need to study (and get a degree in) Criminal justice.

  2. well I would figure alot about bodys, and I got told by alot of people that being a C.S.I is sooooooo much harder in real life they make it look way to much fun and easy.

  3. You probably want to get a degree, leaning more toward medical sciences, then get on a large city police department.  Where I'm at, you would be an officer for a while, then apply and take a test to become an "evidence tech", then hope you can eventually get into the Crime Lab, which I don't think is an easy feat.....

  4. omg!!!!! i wanna be a csi too!!! well from what i heard u have to have at least 2 years of college before u can go to school to becomming a cop. then u have to finish another 4 years after that at another college willing to give u hands on traing like ITT technical institute school of criminal justice. u have to major in either phycology or forensics and whichever u dont major in u HAVE to minor in...then u basically become a cop before becomming a csi so u basically have to go thru and extra long cirriculum status in order to become a cop to then become a csi... =D i no its alot but i just basically summed it up for u...hope i helped!!!!!!!~
