I am engaged to a UK citizen and I am an US citizen. I want to apply for a Fiancee Visa. What are the exact steps for getting one and what exact documents do i need to have? please help. I would very much appreciate it!

Due to your wording, I'm not sure if you mean you want to apply for a fiance visa for yourself to move to the UK, or apply for a fiance visa for your British fiance to move to the US.
