What are the steps to get a legal marriage certificate in Las vegas?

I'm doing research for my friend that's is planing on a quick wedding in nevada, I have browsed around but I cant seem to get the step by step instructions on how to get it done, can anyone explain? and whats the time frame like?

All I had to do was walk into the Las Vegas, court house fill out the paper pay I think 25 bucks then that's it.. then of course you need to get it signed by the chapel.
