What are the steps to start a home daycare?

I live in Utah. I really would like to open up my own daycare. I have tried to research it on the web and I have found nothing about what I need to do. If anyone who runs their own daycare or know how to do it, could let me know what steps I need to take. That would be great. Also if anyone knows some good websites for me to search on that would also be helpful. The more detailed you can be the better. Thanks so much!!!

2) Have ready a group of professional caregivers to work for you

3) Have ready a good number of rooms on your property

4) Present your proposal to your State's Department of Health Care Services to register and operate a daycare home
