URgh its a downloadable booklet of the internet that costs $49.99

but i take "hair skin and nail" vitamin just one pill a day did it for me, just all the GOOD skin vitamins.

i just started using acne free like a week and a half ago i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i had clear skin in 2 days and its been like that everyday!!!!!

heres the steps;

wet ur face and apply the cleanser and wash as normal

rinse and pat dry

use a cotton pad (paper towel, or hands) and apply the renewing toner

don't rinse

then apply the lotion the same as the toner (its liquid)

don't rinse

that's all u do that 1nce in the morning and 1cne at nite

also don't listen to the people who say it doesn't work cuz obviously they havent used it

plz try it i suffered 4rm acne for years this worked better than proactiv
