  1. You need to be at least 5'8", but that is minimal, considered short. You'd better be pretty freak-in gorgeous at that height.

    Measurements and weight depend on the type of modeling you are interested in, and the designers.

    The best thing you can do is find an employment agency and that will except you and is willing to mold you. Make sure the agency you are working for is an EMPLOYMENT agency. A lot of the fake 'take your money' places will actually say "We are not a modeling agency or an employment agency".

    Just make sure they are interested in you, and never give them one penny. If they ask for money then they are not people you want to deal with.
