What are the strength and weakness of an ambivert person?

Well a strength is that they can adapt to a variety of situations- they can be quite good in groups, or alone.  They aren't uncomfortable if the social environment they find themselves in doesn't fit a very narrow range.

A weakness might simply be unpredictability- who knows what their mood or preference might be any given day?  They may not feel like going out and meeting people on Tuesday, but on Friday they do.  That could tough on relationships, since most people have clearly defined tastes and preferences that don't vary much from day to day.
