What are the strength and weaknesses of Newspaper?

Weaknesses:  Why pay money for something you can get online or on TV.  Its also become a place of ranting more than an actual news source.

Strengths:  Its great for lining the bird cage or protecting the carpet when its raining and the dog doesn't want to go outside.

Strength: portable, it's not like TV or Internet, you can bring newspapers anywhere you want, you can read them in train, at office or in cafeteria.

Weakness: pollute, most of the papers used in newspapers can not be recycled.

Strengths: With their space, newspapers generally can provide more analysis than television and radio. You don't need any electronic device to get a newspaper, so you don't need to plug anything in to read one (if you read it in the daytime!). You can write on a newspaper. And it's easier to recycle a newspaper than it is to recycle the devices necessary to get electronic media.

Weakness: They're not immediate. So, in the time it takes to print up a newspaper, electronic media sources -- television, radio and online media -- could have broadcast and updated the story many times over.
