What are the suitable conditions of survival of micro organisms?

all we know are the conditions on earth we have not found other life so we can't compare therefore we guess and say water is the base and other minerals need the level found on earth where organisms live etc.. but since we have not reach alien life yet we can't say you need this and this we can only guess it has to be similar to organisms  that we know about but organisms seem to be very strong yet weak but on earth warm, not too warm , water, oxygen, nutrients     etc..

Microorganisms are really cool! Different microorganisms have developed the ability to adapt to different conditions so its a little bit hard to define. But generally the conditions are:

a) temperature - between 20*C - 45*C (optimum 30-39*C)

b) oxygen - some need and some can't stand it

c) pH - between pH 5-9

d) light - again some need and some can't take light

e) pressure - some need higher pressure than others

f) water activity - only applies for aquatic microorganisms but still water or strong currents do play a part

g) nutrients - some need copious amounts (most microorganisms that infect our body), some need certain type of nutrients in large amounts.

Basically, you just have to find out what conditions they CAN'T live in; for example; temperature; too high and they denature, too low and they can't do their job.

You will find it through research; if you find something like the above; use your own knowledge to provide the opposite answer; i.e. the SUITABLE conditions and not the unsuitable ones.
