your tired- I sleep like 12 hours a day,

your cold all the time-I live in california and carry a leather jacket with me all the time.

Your weak and dizzy- sometimes when I stand up I have to sit right back down.

Take iron once daily.. even if you not anemic it'll help your energy levels

Eat red meat and green veggies
