My father is always or seems to be anxious all the time or hyper,he doesn't really listen when anyone in my family tells him something, he thinks it's stupid or he thinks he's right about it and nobody else is.So I want to know why he's like that.Maybe his personality? And I'm not complaining or anything because i've gotten used to how he is,but why is he like that?

  5. That could be stress.

Anxiety is when you find youself worrying over things that you don't need to worry about. Like the smallest things can make you stay up the whole night, worrying about it. It's hard to deal with sometimes.
