  1. I don't think they have any...

  2. its not regulated by the government

  3. There are no such laws except for the "Military"

They are regarded as evil to this day.

You wanna buy some "Perico" (blow)  this Mexican punk said to me. I said NO! why you you think that.  You have tattoos.

All the negative aspects of tattoos apply here and most are done in prisons.

TIENDAS DE TATUAJES I think is the spelling

  4. unknown.

Seriuos, nobody matters on that. We have real bigger problems than that.

  5. - u cant b under 18, if u r u need the aproval of ur parents

    - the tatoo shop has 2 b registered in  a federal health institution named COFEPRIS and it must fulfill certain requirements

    - It must observe the Art. 419 of the Ley General de Salud (General Health Law)

  6. As Lola said, you have to be 18 years or older. They do ask you to show an ID, in case you look really young.

You can't be drunk or high.

The place has to comply with the Health regulations (sanitation, surgical gloves, etc.)

If you are under 18 and someone agrees to tatoo you, then it is not a good place.

Don't listen to people who say "they do not have laws". Reputable places follow the law. If it is not allowed in US, it is not allowed here.

    Take care!

  7. You have to pay for it.

  8. They don't have any they just want the dinero(money) if you don't have any you don't get a tattoo
