  1. Bretagne or Brittany is not that cold in the winter, barely freezing., it rarely snows.

    I can be rainy quite often, it is quite close to the seaside and gets a lot of rain. when it is not rainy it is fairly cloudy.

    The castle there is pretty amazing.
