United States can build nuclear reactors in India and provide nuclear fuel for civilian energy.

There is no India-U.S nuclear deal. India does have some nuclear weapons, but just in case. That is why all the countries want one 'just in case'. But the U.S only has some relations about a nuclear bomb with North Korea. Otherwise, the U.S doesn't bother. This is because of the past wars and nuclear issues that happened between N.Korea and U.S/ S.Korea.
