What are the things really does matter to leave a country and go to another country?

I mean is it a question of foreign policy or government of a country or international organization?

As actually I am very well-known in different countries in the world in various way which is different from the reality.

I am a computer graduate student, looking for a job.

Now people in other countries, what they think about me, I don't know? I can guess in a thousand way, but that is not the solution.

I am known to other countries by cable channels on the television, newspaper, mainly media.

How do I know my position? Because what happen normally, that a player is a player whether he/she plays in America or Africa. He/She knows himself/herself as a player and others also. The same thing goes about others profession too.

I cannot go to every embassy in the world or contact to every country.

So just give an idea about me in this position. Give some example.

Let me clarify-you know of other countries by seeing news and geography and so forth, and you have a computer degree. I'd say if you are seriously considering traveling you should look into associations and universities where they teach computer science and employ graduates, especially graduates at your level and expertise. That would be first before picking a country and finding out what it is like to live there.
