  1. Never brush your teeth straight after you have eaten....the enamel is still soft, you will damage the enamel even more buy stripping it, so wait at least 30 mins

  2. Toothache??? or maybe you brush too hard

  3. you need a soft bristled tooth brush, and when you brush you have to do it in circular motions not accross up or down, you wanna follow your gum shape in U's but don't apply pressure, you should be holding your tooth brush with your thumb and index finger when brushing, don't grasp the toothbrush. Also you have to switch out your toothbrush every 3-6 months depending how often you brush, reason being because the bristles sharpen and start cutting your gums and enamel. Also remember that plaque the sticky white residue on teeth is very soft, so a soft bristled toothbrush will do the job! It only hardens when not brushed off correctly. Try an electric toothbrush, it will do a better job and most of them have timers, you should be brushing for at least 2 minutes everytime you brush. I hope I helped, GOOD LUCK

  4. if you brush to hard, you can ruin your gums, and maybe even draw blood!!!

  5. well your suppose to brush up and

down in stead of across and dnt

push hard or u can damange your gums
