What are the threats of domino's pizza?

I love dominos!!! They have the best thin crust pizza. But sometimes I do wonder how long will it be able to sustain itself in the industry. With pizza hut being the ultimate pizza restaurant in the market. It definitely has it's threats...

Domino's is too focused on delivery services (they tend to forget that there's other deliveries around!). There's hardly any outlets that has a nice ambiance for customers to walk in and have a bite. I'm not saying that they don't have any, they do...it's just that comparing to pizza hut which i think is their number 1 threat in the industry, they're loosing a lot of points in that sense.

Secondly, for those pizza lovers with the thick crust with fillings and all that stuffs...nothing beats pizza huts! They loose again...

However, despite all that....I believe that the reason why dominos is still standing in the market is due to it's incredible offers and coupons that's been attracting customers like me...:)) Where else can you get those value for money!! if not dominos..

Anyway, has anybody ever tried Luca's Pizza? That's an entirely different league though...it's quite expensive and I do wonder how they're surviving! I can hardly see anybody in the restaurant each time I'm there.....
