  1. 1. Bring the water rudder up

    2. Up aileron in the desired direction of sailing

    3. Opposite air rudder

  2. first:        put the sail up

    second: steer the tiller

third:      yell out "comin about" when changing your tack

  3. dont sink

    or tie plenty of them

  4. theres way more than 3.

  5. Not sure what you mean by "sailing" a seaplane.  A seaplane or amphibian takes off from and lands on water, but primarily operates in flight mode just the same way as any other airplane.

Seaplanes require a separate rating for the pilot certificate, because the handling of the aircraft on the water requires critical knowledge of some nautical techniques and additional regulations.

So your question appears to be based on some misconception.  Perhaps you can re-phrase the question if there are specific items of information you need.

    Good luck.
