Question:

What are the tiny dots I see when I look at clouds?

When I look at clouds I see little dots that reminds me of atoms or bacteria. I also see them when I am in dim light (only in the very darkest areas though). Why am i seeing these things?

  1. sounds like you have (floater) these are just particals in your eye that are normal i cant figure out for the life of me how to send you the web site i found for you try just looking under flashes and floaters. unless there was an injury or loss of vision you should be ok.  


  2. Some people have what are called floaters, these are little fibers that float around in your eye. Also, looking up in the sky you can sometimes see the pulsation of the capilaries that run through your retina! Watch next time and see if the movement that they have matches your heartbeat! We did a science project about that at the California Sciencenter! It is pretty cool. You just see stuff becuase you have eyes, hon!
