  2. Many will probably be the same city, on both sides of the border - e.g. El Paso, Nogales & Tijuana.

  3. I don't know all of them, but some are:

    Brownsville, TX--Matamoros

    Hidalgo, TX--Reynosa

    El Paso, TX--Ciudad Juarez

    Laredo, TX--Nuevo Laredo

    San Diego, CA--Tijuana
