  1. I tend to use the Times onling good university guide. For Psychology it says:

    Cambridge

    2  Oxford

    3  York

    4  St Andrews

    5  University College London

    6  Glasgow

    =6  Bristol

    8  Exeter

    9  Cardiff

    10  Surrey

It's also worth checking the modules within a course, and finding out what they specialise in etc, as this might influence your decision =).

  2. It's a matter of opinion and can not be measured empirically, meaning there is no way of producing a top 10. But the Unis listed above are all good unis.

  3. 1  University of CAMBRIDGE

    2  University of OXFORD

    3  Imperial College LONDON

    4  UCL  ( University College LONDON )

    5  University of EDINBURGH

    6  King's College LONDON

    7  University of MANCHESTER

    8  University of BRISTOL

    9  University of WARWICK

10  LONDON School of Economics and Political

And you can find a top 100 on this site:

    www.topuniversities.com

  4. put "the times good university guide" in google then click on the second one then onto "Click here for the Good University Guide rankings for 2008" and it'll tell you and have individual profiles for each.

    hope i helped :)

  5. There is a way to determine this.

Take a few universities at a time and compare them on the link below. You need to study the "Graduate Prospects column", (its the last one on the far right of the table) for each university. The universities with the highest percentage in Graduate Prospects are the degrees favoured by the industry.

Make sure you compare the subject you are studying at each university and this will give you a fair idea which university is tops in your subject.

It's not automatically the top ten universities as the others have suggested.
