  1. dont think so

  2. like when the ref protects a boxer like the hatton /mayweather fight

    .

  3. holyfield vs lewis... that was an obvious upset.

  4. i cant name a top 3...but i can name the number one robbery

bernard hopkins/ jermaine taylor (first fight....the second was questionable but not as much as the first one)

the fight where at the end the announcers (i know for a fact jim lampley and larry merchant said this....i dont remember who else was announcing) couldnt figure out what fight the judges had just watched because bernard hopkins "clearly" won that fight

its also the biggest robbery because it messed up hopkins record of 20 straight title defenses...and he clearly proved it was a fluke because taylor lost the belt and hopkins jumped up to another weight class and beat both antonio tarver AND winky wright....

  5. Any given Mike Tyson fight where someone paid to sit in the front row.  Most of his fights lasted no more than a couple of rounds.

  6. Its hard to think of a top 3, but I'll try my best:

Joel Casamayor SD Jose Armando Santa Cruz- this was a boring fight, but it was CLEAR to EVERYONE who watched the fight that Santa Cruz dominated.  I'm a Casamayor fan, but he got handled that night and there was no one who had him winning more than 3 or at the most 4 rounds.  Somehow the judges gave it to him by split decision

Joe Louis SD Jersey Joe Walcott- Walcott did everything right; he dropped Louis twice, used his classic faints (which have now become legendary), and just befuddled Louis with his constant movement and counterpunching.  Even Louis knew he lost the fight because before the scorecards were announced, he left the ring because he knew that he had just lost his title.  The judges however, gave it to Louis by split decision- the crowd booed the decision; no matter what the judges said, Jersey Joe proved himself that night.

Muhammad Ali SD Ken Norton (third fight)- As far as I'm concerned, Norton made history this night as becoming the only one to beat Ali twice.  Norton confused Ali with his superb crab-style defense and simply outfought Ali for the majority of the rounds.  The announcer, the crowd, and anyone watching knew that Norton deserved to be crowned new champ.  Watch after the last round- Norton takes out his mouthpiece, looks at Ali and says something like "I wooped you tonight!"  Ali just turned away and walked to his corner with none of his typical celebration- he had the look of a beaten man.  Norton on the other hand, immediately began celebrating with his people- they knew he had just beaten the best heavyweight of the era for a second time. The judges however, gave the split decision to Ali and as a result he won their trilogy 2-1, but in my eyes, Norton was the true winner of that trilogy.

  7. Tyson and Holyfield. That was total BS

hmmmmm... im getting some thumbs down. apparently some of you are into biting other human beings?

  8. Without revealing my age, the biggest robbery that I ever saw in a boxing ring was in the early '60s when Willie Pastrano back-pedaled & ran  for 12 rounds & was " awarded " the light-heavyweight title over the great Harold Johnson.

  9. jose luis rameriz - w pts - pernell whitaker. (whitaker won at least 10 rounds).

pernell whitaker -draw- julio cesar chavez (whitaker won)

"sailor" tom sharkey - won dq 8 - bob fitz simmons (referee wyatt earp had a sizable wager on sharkey, so dq'd ruby robert after scoring a knockdown).
