  1. My optometrist is impressed because my vision gets better with age, going on 8 years (presbyopia, myopia and astigmatism) . I won't go into detail, since you are not interested in homeopathy (a science, by the way, not a method).


  2. Sometimes you can slow down the progression by wearing a weaker prescription or no correction while doing near and computer work. Also RGP (rigid gas permable) contacts can slow down the progression because they mold to the cornea a little making it more difficult for your vision to decrease (although not impossible).

    The best way to slow down the progression of myopia is to stand on your head for 30 minutes a day wearing pink sparkly sunglasses while listening to Neil Diamond, but be sure not to do this during a full moon....just kidding, I had to throw in something new age...lol I'm sorry, I just couldn't help it...

  3. myopia is related to the advanced age of the eye.  there is no way to slow it down.
