  1. There are nearly a dozen mainstream pitches that pitchers have been known to use throughout the years, and it seems like a new one is developed every couple of years. Here are the current types of pitches with the respective wear and tear on the arm.

Best Pitches (Starting with the pitch with the least amount of arm stress)

    Knuckleball

Changeup (Included is the Circle Change, and Palmball)

Fastball (Four-Seamed and Two Seamed, Sinker, and Cut Fastball)

Worst Pitches (Starting with the most destructive)

    Screwball

    Split-Fingered Fastball

    Curveball

    Slider

    Slurve

Other pitches that didn't make either list...

    Knucklecurve

Eupheus Pitch (usually 20 mph slower than a changeup)

    Gyroball

  2. Slower Pitches naturally cause less problems with your arm and Faster pitches cause more problems

  3. never knew there were more than 10 different types of pitch.....

  4. top 5

    4-seam fastball

    2-seam fastball

    change up

    nuckleball

    cut fastball

    worst 5

    curveball

    slider

    splitter

    screwball

    12-6 curve

  5. Easiest on arm-                  Hardest on arm-

    - fastball                             - slider

    - change up                         - curveball

    - sinker                               - screwball

    - knuckleball                        - any pitch thrown sidearm or submarine

    - splitter                              - any pitch twisting your wrist

I'm not 100% sure, but This is my opinion
