College - Luton Sixth Form College, Dunstable College

University - Cambridge, Oxford etc

If you go through google and search for UK Colleges or UK Universities you will find a few good ones

It depends what you want to study. I'm assuming you mean "college" in the US way.

For the traditional subjects like history, english, law etc - Oxford, Cambridge and the London School of Economics.

for sciences Imperial College London is supposed to be the best.
