  1. Since those are both graduate programs, any school without a grad program - like liberal arts colleges.  US News ranks them as well.  Williams, Amherst, Wellesley, Swartmore, etc usually come out on top.

    They also have data based on school location, type of degree, type of job, etc. Of course, you'll have to decide where to go based on many factors, including cost, school size, and your personal interests. Finding out as much as you can about different colleges is a good place to start.

  3. Law and medicine are both graduate programs.  Top UG schools vary but include Princeton, Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Penn, etc.  The rankings vary depending on the interest area/major.  For instance, CalTech is a top school in physical sciences.
