What are the top ten worst neighborhoods in the United States based on crime? I have looked on the Internet for this but can't come up with much. Please don't just give your opinion. Please get this off the internet or from another source.

I don't know about the Top 10 but you would have to put New Orleans in there.  I mean very few citizens come forward to help police because the criminal element will take you out.  Case in point, a black man that witnessed a murder by his barber shop reported to the police who the shooter was and the barber was gunned down in his shop after the culprit was arrested.  No witness.  No charges.

Besides, the New Orleans Police Department has a long history of corruption.  I am not talking about just taking money but also snuffing people out.  Additionally, they do not report all crimes in the area and we still rank at the top since New Orleans is akin to a third world city.  Crime rules the streets.

In fact pick any liberal heavy big city in America and you can beat tons of crime are being committed
