Rosarito and Ensenada. Many nice hotels and restaurants, good shopping. About halfway between Rosarito and Ensenada is La Mision good family style hotels, surfing beach, horse rentals, nice people. Come quickly, we need the money, and don't be afraid.

Just over the border from California is Tijuana or Mexicalli.  A little farther down is Ensenada a little further is El Rosario.  You might even want to swing over into Arizona and go thru the Lukeville border to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point).  Have fun.
