What are the traffic patterns for Napa to San Francisco at 7am and 4pm?

I'm thinking of starting a job in San Francisco and will need to commute from Napa to San Francisco, arriving in SF by 8am and leavin SF at 3:30. How bad is the traffic at those times coming our way? Does anyone else do this that can give me route advice and time estimates?
