What are the transport options Available form Beijing to Turpan?

Hey guys does anyone know what are the various options available for travelling from beijing and turfan and also if you can kindly let me know the time consumed in all the modes of travelling. i just want to know the best option whether its train, road, flights etc... and also if some one can help me with the some contacts for renting vehicals and accomodation

Edit: ophs got it the other way around

Train leaves Beijing west station at 18:44 daily and takes about 1 day 16 hours.

Or you can  take a airplane to Urimqi then get a train or bus to Turpan.

All in all I would if you looking it being cheap and comfortable I would take the train soft sleep class at about 943 RMB.
