  1. stay away from vic west, rock bay, and some parts of Royal Oak in saanich are rough but cleaning up


  2. If you are referring to upper class neighborhoods there is Uplands, parts of Oak Bay, View Royal and out in the Western Communities at Bear Mountain.

  3. James Bay is probably the neighbourhood you'd be interested in if you like Kitsilano in Vancouver. It's the oldest residential neighbourhood on the west coast north of San Francisco. Located on the southern tip of Victoria, the area is loaded with cafes, restaurants, shops and more. Also, it's right by the waterfront promenade and the Fisherman's Wharf.

  4. I like Oak Bay.
