Hello,

I'm a college student looking for an inexpensive cooking set. I've browsed the online catalogs of several stores, but am unsure of how to differentiate all that's out there.

Any suggestions of sets to buy would be appreciated as well.

  1. You can get a 10 piece Faberware set for $79.99 from sears, that is 8 bucks a piece for a reliable and decent set of cookware.

  2. when i went to college i just went into target and got everything i needed for cooking i swear on target it was made for the college students. it has got good prices and has everything. My best friend

p.s you can look on line but it is normally cheaper in the store

  3. I like Cooksessentials from QVC this is good quality  not so expensive cookware.  If you purchase really inexpensive cookware that is of little quality you will find yourself rebuying the same things over and over so get a decent set the first time even if it is a little more than you planned to spend.  It will be cheaper to do it right the first time than to keep replacing.

I learned the hard way.  :)
