11-13 basically but most consider 13 a teenager so i depends on your opinion if you consider 13 a teenager then a tween is 11-12

9 to 12 in general.  it's that interesting age where they are transitioning from being kids to being teens.  they are trying to grow up while still clinging to childhood as long as they can.
