well it has always been sinaloa and TJ cartels going at it against each other but within the last couple months they are fighting each other like in TJ its El Teo against El Cholo which were good friends and worked together that's for the power cause TJ is one of the most important cross-points in all of Mexico so if you have control over TJ you will become powerful and in sinaloa they are fighting each other for reasons that i cannot say its chapo guzman against the Beltran's and its series so to answer your question its sinaloa against sinalos and TJ againts TJ
