  1. The really depends on what types of cells you are talking about...

    There are Eukaryotic cells (generally Animal and Plant cells) and there are also Prokaryotic cells (generally Bacteria).

    However I assume you are asking about Eukaryotic cells. There are 2 types: plant cells and animal cells.

    Plant cells are pretty much the same as animal cells except that they have extra organelles. Those are: chloroplasts, the cell wall, and vacuoles.
