  2. Tamarind sauce ,mint sauce and mango chutney....bd

  3. Tamarind sauce and mint- cilantro chutney.

    Thats mint sauce.

    This is the way to make it.

    1 Cup Fresh Mint leaves

    1 Cup Fresh Cilantro leaves (looks like Parsley but is very different in flavour.....)

    1 tbsp- ground garlic

    a few serrano pepper (according to taste and desired spiciness)

    Salt to taste
