Also could say dependant and independant in some cases. Self-satisfied also can refer to being happy to be alone. Outgoing can refer to liking to be with people. Introspective can refer to one who spends time alone happily also.

Well-rounded.  I need my time with friends but sometimes I like to be alone with my thoughts and just be at home getting things in order.  Sometimes it's as mindless as doing laundry, cleaning house whatever needs to be done.  I find it's a good balance for me.
