ticks. Wow the ticks are bad this year! Infection wise, be careful and use lots of disinfectant and antibiotic salve when you get it out 3 people I know have gotten big red bumps after pulling (and no, the head wasn't left in there) that took several weeks to heal up!!

And wasps do not bite, they sting.
