I have an interview and I really want and need this job, does any body that work at McDonald's or used to work there know what I will be asked? (I want to make sure I'm thoroughly prepared) Thanks for your help.

  1. I'd think that they'd ask standard questions like:

"Have you ever committed a crime?"

    "What's your best quality?"

"What hours would you be available?"

And so on. They may also ask if you're allergic to anything, incase something they use in the kitchen would make you start sneezing or get hives or something. And that would be bad :)

And to the annoying people who called this a joke:

You're probably the most lazy-a$$es ever!!!! I doubt if you even HAVE a job.

Just ignore 'em girl. Good for you to save up for the sake of your kids.

  2. Gosh some of u guys are freakin A$$ Holes....and i bet the ones making an a$$ of them self work there.....Losers

Hun they will just ask you where u see ur self in like 5 years....How would you handle a Stressful environment they will ask where you have worked before..Just stuff like that.....its simple ^-^

Good luck..Hope u get the job

  3. do you do drugs, do you steal, have you stolen from previous employer

  4. They will ask you what kind of loser wants to work there.....and if you know how to count to 10. What a tool....

  5. Do you like ugly clowns with red bulbous noses?

    Are you lovin' it?

    Seriously, though . . .

Where do you see yourself in five years (one, two, etc)?

A:  I would like to work my way into becoming a TEAM Leader.

(TEAM is the key to any question at McD) and then perhaps a management position in time.

Why do you want to work here?

A:  I have heard that it is a great place to work with opportunities for advancement.  or, I enjoy working in a TEAM environment and enjoy working with people.

    Are you flexible regarding shifts?

A:  tricky one, state your preference but always end up "I can be flexible and help out if needed, especially if one of the TEAM cannot do their shift"

    Added note:  Good Luck!

  6. "Do you feel guilty supplying people with substances that can lower their lifespan by over 40 years?"

"Would you be comfortable knowing that you were partially responsible for severe illness in hundreds of children?"

    Things of that nature.

  7. My interview with McD's was years ago, but they asked me

Why I wanted to work there?

why I thought they should hire me?

Where I thought I'd be in 5 years?

What were my outside of school and work hobbies

They basically want to find out if you are a team player, self-motivated, hard working, and dedicated to a better future.

  8. "are you vegetarian?"

  9. do you like burger king?

  10. Can you say, "Do you want fries with that"?

  11. A job is a job people..you all should grow up a little.

I've personally never worked there..They'll probably ask about your past jobs & what you've done. How your friends view you & just little things about what you want in the future (goals & aspirations)

    ..Good luck!

  17. Go looking your best, smile at all times be honest and truthful and most of all show desire for the position you are being interviewed for.  Try not to mention your children as it may seem that you will not be available with the kids.  Also do not let them know about you only wanting it for xmas.  You will do just fine and good for you for being such a wonderful and hardworking person!
