  1. Pros

    -Students are still excited about school and learning

    -You get to teach them how to read

    -You can use several teaching methods, many of which are fun for you and the students

    -You get lots of hugs/thank you's/pictures drawn for you

    Cons:

    -Students are still young and will be dependent on you for many things

    -Salary is not always that great
