more from the usa - but if it is a specialist book it may still be cheaper than in the uk

its around £2.50 in the uk

i dont know about international

but if you add the item to your basket and go to the checkout it will tell you, and if you don't want you don't have to pay for it you can just remove it from your shopping basket

used and new? it can be anything i once paid over £5 for mine alot of these people make a profit on the charges for the postand packaging but this should be reflected in their rating so only go for dealers with high possitive ratings. The prices vary from each seller and book so i can't tell you how much for an american.
