mostly amla is used both raw and dried, and also cooked. what do us think is the best way of using amla and for which purposes.

    but what come sto my mind is that amla isa  greta source of antioxidant and vitamin c and if u hjave any idea about stress biology, u will understand the importance of an antioxidant.as far as ayurveda is comncerned,it has been considered a great digestive, anticold medication.also,have an unripe amla and then drink water, the water will definitely taste very sweet.lol.
