What are the uses of IT( information technology) in an eye hospital? tasks in eye hospital that need a ICT?

this is for my coursework. i just want to know what are the computer based works in an eye hospital, what will you use a computer for in the eye hospital- like for what stuff. i will need more than 1.

for example:

1) in a restaurant or a shop, you can use the computer (spreadsheet) to calculate the income and outcome

2) for a club if there are members, you will use database on the computer to work out the membership expiry date and when to renew and there might be different member types.

You can keep customer records, like medical charts on a computer.  You can also do billing and appointments.  Some doctor's offices communicate with patients via email, too.
