  1. Uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea all at once, and can last up to 24 hours.  It will be accompanied by severe abdominal pain.  Not to be confused with gastroenteritis which is a virus that causes some vomiting or diarrhea.  Either way if you can't stop after 8 hours you need re-hydration.  Guessing a trip to the ER is in order.  Take care.

  2. Puke, Puke, and more puke.....seriously its like the worst flu ever.

  5. The usual symptoms are uncontrollable severe diarrhea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.  These symptoms come on very suddenly and can last anywhere from 24 to 72 hours.  Most people recover without having to go to the hospital.  In general, you just feel rotten.  It's very important that you drink plenty of water and gatorade when the symptoms start to subside so that you won't get dangerously dehydrated.  Gatorade helps restore the body's electrolytes.  And also, plenty of rest.  Try to avoid over the counter anti-diarrheal and stomach medications cause it will probably interfere with the infection running its course.  Those who have a low immune system or are diabetic are more likely to have food poisoning severe enough to require medical attention.  Hope this helped, feel better soon.
