  1. people still collect stamps?

  2.   These soound like very common booklet stamps if you need an exact value range stop by the libray and look for Gibbons Stamp Catalog of GB stamps, I take it your UK side. if US try Scotts Stamp Catalog. Very eary to use find the photo of the stamp design follow to the year on the bottom of the stamp. look for the design number and value, cross to colour, and booklet, not sheet, look under mint,(un-used), there it is your current price range. Best use postage unless it is a rare short postal use item and not many QE II Heads fall into this area. They do make a very beautiful and although a few are very expensive overall not too expensive collection. several companies make pages just for these stamps you might want to start a new hobby.  Mine started in 1968, when I saw the Rual Delivery stamp in the US it was so cool I wanted to save it and have more like it. Still collection.
