What are the various career options in US?

Hi, I have moved to the US few months back. Now I want to start wrking. Can anyone tell me what are the various careers that I can chose from. I am not sure about which career I like most. If I have a list of careers, then I can get a degree or a course in that particular field and look for a job. Please someone post the details or can someone gimme a link to any website which discusses various career options in US. As of now I donot have any particular degree or any specialization.
