What are the various stages of life and at what ages do they usually happen?

As human beings, we go through a number of changes between infancy and old-age. What are theses stages? What changes in a person or his outlook as they advance from one stage to the next, and at approximately what ages do we go through these various changes in our lives?

You mature according to your life's experiences. Everything you do in life affects your mental growth. I don't know that there are particular stages, but I'll give it a guess.

Infancy, childhood, adolescence, young adult, adult, middle age, old age, elderly, death.

Well, you could look at it from Shakespeare's perspective:

"All the world's a stage,

And all the men and women merely players;

They have their exits and their entrances;

And one man in his time plays many parts,

His acts being seven ages. At first the infant,

Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms;

And shining morning face, creeping like snail

Of course, that's not purely scientific or psychological...but still amusing.

i like to think im very mature for 20
