You can approach Airtel DSL, BSNL DSL, Reliance WiMax, TataIndicom WiMax etc. The options are wide open.

But I think you have to get a license from the Police in the area you are opening.

u can visit any airtel reliance or sify centre...

u must got a license if u want it to be legalised..

if not u can simply apply for any broadband connection get a router and will cost u very cheap :)
